Generic Return & Refund Policy

Following general returns policy is applicable to all items sold on myfarmertcgl.com. All original packaged items within return window, if fulfils one or more of the following conditions:

  • Items delivered not in a good condition, fulfilled by MyFarmer TCGL personnel
  • Different from ordered by customer or different description on product web page
  • Product marked as Non Refundable on product detail page can not be returned

Returns

You have 03 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it in the original packaging.

Your item needs to have the receipt or proof of purchase.

In some cases, items may not be eligible for return, including cases of buyer's remorse such as incorrect model or color of product ordered or incorrect product ordered.

Refunds

Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item(s). We will notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item(s).

Your item needs to have the receipt or proof of purchase.If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit card (or original method of payment).

You will receive the credit within a certain amount of days, depending on your card issuer's policies.

Shipping

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund

Shipping Speeds for Replacement Items

All replacement orders will be delivered standard shipping speed depending upon the schedule in your area. Delivery orders shall be clubbed together for cost effective shipping /delivery.

Cancel an order by MyFarmer

The most common reasons for cancelling an order include the following:

  • The order was fraudulent.
  • The customer changed their mind
  • The ordered items aren't available.

You can cancel an order in the following situations :

  • You have not collected a payment for the order
  • You have collected a payment for the order, but no items have been fulfilled.
Refunding and Cancelling orders

Depending on your return policy, you'll sometimes need to refund or cancel orders. By refunding orders in a prompt and professional way, you show your commitment to customer service and might encourage the customer to order again in the future.

You can refund an entire order or part of an order. In some circumstances, you can cancel an order and issue a refund.

If you are using MyFarmers Online Payments and you issue a refund, then the amount is deducted from your next available payout. If your payout doesn't have enough funds, then the balance is debited from your bank account on the following business day. A refund usually takes 3 to 5 business days to be credited back to your customer. For more information about issuing refunds with MyFarmer TCGL Payments

Note: If you've received a non-returnable product in a damaged /defective condition, you can contact us within 2 days from the delivery of the product.

Items delivered at home, if customer wishes to return product(s), which are non-refundable, delivery charges or 20% of the bill amount.

Which items are eligible for a Free Replacement?

Fulfilled by MyFarmer TCGL are eligible for free replacements. If the item you ordered arrived in a damaged/defective condition or was different from what was ordered, it will be eligible for a free replacement, provided the exact item is available with the same seller.

Note: If an eligible item is out of stock from the same seller, it cannot be replaced. Only a refund against the returned product will be issued. Or customer can choose to buy other products.

What are the conditions for Free Replacement?

In order to be eligible for a free replacement, an item must be within the return window and in stock with same seller (exact same item). The free replacement order will be shipped through standard shipping once the original order is returned. Free replacements can be requested if the following conditions apply:

  • Damaged item received
  • Item received is different from what was ordered
  • Poor quality item or not good for consumption

Note :

  • A free replacement cannot be created for an item which was returned and replaced once earlier.
  • If product does not meet expected quality, you may try to contact the manufacturer for assistance. Manufacturer contact information can usually be found on the product packaging or in the paperwork included with the product.
  • If your item is not eligible for free replacement due to any reason, you can always return it for a refund.

While using our Service, we may ask you to provide us with certain personally identifiable information that can be used to contact or identify you. Personally identifiable information may include, but is not limited to, your name, phone number, postal address, other information ("Personal Information").

Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach the Terms.

Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease. If you wish to terminate your account, you may simply discontinue using the Service.

Limitation Of Liability

In no event shall TCGL Agro Industries Pvt Ltd, nor its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from

  • i) your access to or use of or inability to access or use the Service;
  • ii) any conduct or content of any third party on the Service;
  • iii) any content obtained from the Service;
  • iv) unauthorized access, use or alteration of your transmissions or content, whether based on warranty, contract, tort (including negligence) or any other legal theory, whether or not we have been informed of the possibility of such damage, and even if a remedy set forth herein is found to have failed of its essential purpose.

Your use of the Service is at your sole risk. The Service is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis. The Service is provided without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including, but not limited to, implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement or course of performance.

MyFarmer,TCGL Agro Industries Pvt. Ltd. its subsidiaries, affiliates, and its licensors do not warrant that

  • a) the Service will function uninterrupted, secure or available at any particular time or location;
  • b) any errors or defects will be corrected;
  • c) the Service is free of viruses or other harmful components; or
  • d) the results of using the Service will meet your requirements.

Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of India, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

Our failure to enforce any right or provision of these Terms will not be considered a waiver of those rights. If any provision of these Terms is held to be invalid or unenforceable by a court, the remaining provisions of these Terms will remain in effect. These Terms constitute the entire agreement between us regarding our Service, and supersede and replace any prior agreements we might have between us regarding the Service.

Changes

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material we will try to provide at least 30 days notice prior to any new terms taking effect. What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion.

By continuing to access or use our Service after those revisions become effective, you agree to be bound by the revised terms. If you do not agree to the new terms, please stop using the Service.
